if you want the grass to be more crazyier just increase it to like -2.07 or better yet

ya it is nr2003, but there are SOOO many downloads of 2007 paint schemes, and so many mods and updates, that it is more up to date then games like NASCAR 08

But anyways, it's Nascar Racing 2003 Season for PC, the best Nascar game ever made by Papyrus. As I told richgrow21, your best bet is Ebay for around $80-$90, maybe even around $70 if you get lucky.

The answer is no. You can play NR2003 on any computer if you have a high enough graphics card and it's not a very old computer.

You do have the challenge of finding and buying NR2003 though, best bet it Ebay, where copies of it usually sell for around $80-$90.
