Hallo youtubers. I am a stundent that feels he needs more energy. I know about exercise and tthe other stuff. When I drink coffee i get hyper for maybe an hour and after that I get so tired. Is there anyone that know if there is some coffee that has a more steady curve effekT. That works longer and with not such a explosive effekt.
@Searchinganswers I don't know about a coffee but you could try taking a Vit B complex. Works like a charm for me. They use it in energy drinks with caffeine and has no come down. Anyways take it for what it is worth. I hope you find what you are looking for ultimately.
