1- If employees Gov/Commercial rights are violated by their management or EVEN BY OWNER, than they have right to approach courts for investigation & serve Justice. HOW COME ARMY APPROCHING COURTS WITH OUT PREMISSION IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, if they are asking for Justice against their Superiors? There is NO VIOLATION of constitution at all PERIOD!
2- Sending Musharaf to JAIL is in fact GOV PROVIDING preplanned PROTECTION for him, not to be killed by his VICTOMS families in thousands.
