After playing this for the first time today I have to say that there really should be a couple of new ESRB ratings like "rated M for maniacs" or perhaps "rated P for psychopaths" so that you can buy the game only if you have a proof of some kind (preferably a medical one) that you are a maniac or a psychopath.

I am not a purist when it comes to game violence but this WILL for certain help some mentally challenged person recognize what an adrenaline rush it is to kill people like this.
