to the asshole that put this up...do you know how many babies lives were saved and how many cubans are alive today because Fidel gave free medical care and birth to all females. Many of whom would have died giving birth themselves because they had no adequate medical care or could afford going to the hospital? He may have saved 10s of thousands of lives due to this. The free health care offered in Cuba is horrendous. Do any bit of research and you'll see what I mean. Secondly, equal income can only come from government control and ownership of land, businesses and, distribution of money. The amount of money Cubans make is VERY little, unless they are part of the Communist committee. So if you want to live in a place where the government controls what you do and how much you make, and if you want an awful health care system, Cuba is for you.

Capitalism isn't perfect, but at least you have freedom, a chance to work hard and actually improve your standard of living.

There is no incentive for people to work hard in Cuba because everything belongs to the government, and everyone gets paid the same for different work-ethics.... unless of course your a communist... then you get a little bit more. Yep, that sounds really fair to me.
