I always eat breakfast in the am, I wake up usually starving! Dr. Oz says to eat a big breakfast that's healthy of course lol cos it speeds up ur metabolism. Then eat a salad for lunch & fish or protein & veggies for dinner. I'm down 15lbs & at my goal weight since following that!

The reverse sneezing is actually a condition called collapsing trachea. One of my jack russells has it. The vet said to try to use a harness instead of a collar, and just monitor him. If it gets really severe they can do surgery but if it is just once in a while, they just monitor. Also don't take him out in severe heat or cold.

Breakfast makes a huge difference. 2 egg whites, some turkey, whatever veggies I've got on hand, a slice or half a slice of Swiss on one of those flat bread things (100 calorie bread whatchamacallits) ...about 300 calories. Tons of energy, tasty, and it'll get me through a long workout and hold me well over into the afternoon. Breakfast is absolutely essential.

I've had my dog for 11 years and he has always "coughed", sometimes it is very loud, the vet said it is probably due to his Trachea collapsing, which is common in his breed (Yorkie) and other small dogs or toy dogs. Some dogs get it later in life, but my dog has had this problem since I got him.
