For those of you that don't know, the "filmed on a penis" joke most probably meant that this was recorded on a part of a custom stage that looked like a penis; for example, in SMASH! Episode 2: Meta Knight's Super-Cool Slumber Party, Captain Falcon is running across a structure that looks somewhat like this:
