Select the flattest of the surfaces, and click on autosmooth or select a smoothing group - you only need 6 in an entire model, the extra ones are handy. You can get a decent autosmooth if you set the number to 27 degrees, but it's worth doing it by hand, it's simple and only takes a few minutes on a complex model.
