I kinda see this video as showing that the guys who grow up and work in an office are kind of slaves to the way we believe we are supposed to live. They hate their jobs and how routine it is.

Meanwhile, the cops, who are rather spontaneous and willing to break out of routine, and don't want to conform, are perceived as ugly by the rest of us. I could be wrong, and I'm not doing the best job of explaining it, but just MO.
