  • Actually, it's best to do med-high intensity exercises every other day and do light exercises in between.

  • ur right

  • Bullshit. In a scientific study, they have found that people who engages in strenuous activity is about 8 DNA yrs younger than normal people. In the 90s they thought strenuous exercises caused a lot of free radical damage in the body but apparently now they have come to realize that it is the activation of the body's repair mechanism by strenuous exercises that helps repair damaged cells. DNA telomere length testing wasn't fully developed yet until recently so I don't blame him.

  • exellent knowledge

  • The best anti-aging product I've ever seen is actually Alex Chiu's Magnetic

Discovery. The other people are just nonsense.

  • Maybe the only exercise that I have is the normal walking. I do not have enough time to enroll on those fitness classes because I am working fulltime.

  • Light exercise is my favorite kind of exercise! Thanks so much for the video, I need to work on my exercise routine a lot to get to a point I feel comfortable working out.

  • I kind of have my exercise regimen set up but it still needed something else. Thanks Chris, I am going to fill those empty spots with light exercise

  • This is great for me since I can't handle the tough impact exercises. I also have a hectic schedule so it would be hard for me to find time. Now I know even just walking to work is good exercise

  • I dont think many people have all the time to do a crazy workout each week or even each day. Maybe little by little is the way to go as long as you know what it is you need to work on and plan accordingly.

  • I'm glad that I'm into an exercise program already because it makes trying out these suggestions easier and varying my workout is a good way to make it less boring.

  • It's great to see that even with a few simple exercises a day you can keep yourself looking young and fit. Personally, I don't have time to do big long exercises so it's wonderful for me that these can be done in a short time and actually help.

  • Keeping fit and certain exercises have a great affect on how old or young you look and it's important to keep them up and do them regulary. Great to see how a couple of easy exercises can have a benefit.

  • I think that I am allergic to strenuous exercise-I'd never get on if I had to work really hard. I am glad to see that even light exercise has a benefit.

  • Great advice, as usual. I love the quiet of walking around my neighborhood in the morning. It's nice to know that quiet walks can be beneficial, not just the speed walking and quick steppers.

  • Does this mean that if we exercise too hard that it loses the benefit? I can certainly incorporate some more gentle exercises into my routine and I work on muscle lengthening already so I hope that if I follow the other steps that it will help.

  • Walking is something that we can all do easily. Just getting off the bus or train a stop earlier or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Thank you, I'm going to start.

  • I wonder how many low impact exercises there are for people that are really not that used to it like me. Is yoga hard to do?

  • Yoga can be hard to start but I think that after your body is used to it, it would be easier. Walking is a low impact exercise that we do everyday without even thinking about it.

Thanks for another great video, Chris

  • I agree, that it would make sense why those older folks who still get out and walk regularly, or do other things still look so much better. I can see myself doing yoga, must be so relaxing.

  • I think this might be why we see some older people that are healthier than younger ones. I'm not sure I could do yoga or anything but I'm willing to give it a shot!

  • I was always told that light exercises weren't good enough but now I know otherwise! I am going to incorprate lighter exercises into my regimen.

  • I have always hated the strenuous exercises that people are told to do now I know that mild exercises and even just walking can benefit me too!

  • I've never posted on youtube before but I had to thank Chris for this. I tend to avoid exercising because I get tired of being told that I need to do more, more, more! So hearing that gentle exercise is a benefit too is refreshing.

  • I like that the exercises that can make you age better and help you look younger are not as rigorous as I thought they would be. That means I am more likely to try them out! Yay!

  • I didn't know that exercise could do this. I guess I need to focus more on the exercises that enable me to elongate my muscles. Maybe these exercises can also benefit posture, on which I also saw one of the videos on.

  • I am glad that I started my walking program again. I knew I was lacking exercise in a major way and so this video by Chris will help to serve as a motivator to keep going.

  • Great information! I like to do exercises that don't put too much stress on the body, but still work! I could definitely use a daily workout routine, that's for sure.

  • Aging is something that I am definitely concerned with. It's something that everybody will go through in their life time, and I'd like to make it the least stressful and painful as possible. Thanks for the advice!

  • I agree, cheekyone05. I don't want to bulk up, but I definitely want to learn about prolonging the aging process, and looking good! Another great video, I definitely could use some shaping up.

  • I havn't gotten to the phase in life where I worry about my age yet, but I suppose I will soon. If this helps me prolongue my youth, great advice. Thanks again!

  • I would love to find more exercises that are not just about buffing up. I am working to be healthy but so many are targeted at just getting buff, I want something that helps me all over mind and body.

  • I've been doing excercises to help keep me young looking for a long and as long as you stick to them you can get some great results! Thanks for the tips.

  • I have tried a lot of different exercises, but I have a hard time sticking to just one routine, I get bored very easily. With tips like the ones in this video, however, I can't help but be inspired to keep going for it!

  • I guess I should get back to my walking. I tried yoga, it felt good. I just like the fact that I don't have to kill myself to lose weight.

  • I did not know that there were actually exercises that could do this for you. I really need to incorporate some of those exercises into my workout!

  • Anything that helps you look younger in this day and age is very interesting to me. These certainly seem to work and i'll be sure to make looking younger exercises a part of my daily routine.

  • Thank you for the good advice, as always. I like the exercises you're talking about which help elongate the muscles rather than some of the rigorous activities that only cause more strain.

  • I had no idea that there were exercises that could help you look younger. I think I'll change up my regimen so that I can shed a few years instead of pounds.

  • I like what Chris Guerriero is saying in this video. Weight loss is good but I'd prefer to exercise to live longer and better.

  • I can't remember hearing or reading any of this stuff before Chris Guerriero. My weight loss program has always been of the rigorous exercises regimen. Maybe that's why I hate them so.

  • Thanks for the advice! Another great Chris Guerriero session.

  • finally someone who's here to help instead of just show off some skin.

Although you are kinda cute ;)
