The MTR is very similar to the Eliminator Daytona. The STV is a smaller boat with less room in the cockpit. The MTR in the video is 21' and will take bigger waves and chop than the 18' STV. I'm sure the STV is a faster boat on smooth water than the MTR but if it was rough water the the 21' boat should be faster in those conditions. Triad has a great reputation for building top quality boats.

Yes. The Cougar MTR is a tunnel with a center pod.
