I'm writing this half way through your vid. The ONLY thing I would super strongly disagree with is never, ever (no matter who you are or the situation) put ANYTHING in writing, ever, that you wouldn't want to appear on myspace or in a court of law. Never. It's a face to face conversation, you both need to see each other's reactions to "the reveal." That's only FAIR. You can't hide behind a letter of revelation. Other than that, love your vid, well thought out, good points, and logical.
Thing about the tranny chasers is they have this stupid fantasy about the "chick with a dick" that they jack off to in porn. What those guys DON'T realise is even if they found one of those she-males, they would pay quite a bit of green to be with that.
so here is the deal. i dated this str8 guy fro a week and things went very well. and before we met i thought he knew that I am transexual woman. even though we went on dates many times and spent time together. i didn't tell him that i m a transexaul woman.....because i thought he knew and i thought that if he love or lik eme base on my personality and my feminitiy he would not carea bout what i have in my pant. but i was wrong. he freaked out and he couldnt have a relationship with me. i;m oktho
you are a very beautiful and intelligent girl. You are beautiful inside and outside. This video was excellent. Very informative, logical, and interesting. But what about those transsexuals who do not pass 100%? Even after hormones, treatments, full facial feminization surgery. Please tell me what a person in that position should do because you talk only about trans women who pass 100%. So, someone who barely passes, who should date? Is she stuck to a tranny chaser who wants dick?
the problem i have to continually rectify is.. most people don't know about me when they ask me out..and for you to suggest that transgirls should not tell them... well certainly that makes life a bit easier, but its really underhanded and I cant help but wonder, if a relationship is to follow in spite of this, what type of precedent would this initial pretense set? And i completely agree with those "admirers"... I think its the most difficult part of it all to be desired and not wanted.
lol.. i understand your point, but i'm only allowed 500 characters :)... its just if I were to place myself in their shoes, i think i would feel slightly cheated because if i started to develop a rapport with someone and then they were to tell me something like this,A) I'd be mentally attracted to someone i'm physically not or B) I'd feel my trust was misplaced.. neither is a good thing.. but I understand why you would suggest that 100 % and it's something I question often myself :)
@duchasheiress do you really think that they don't know that you are a transsexual? Most trassexuals are delusional and think they pass even when they don't. They have a distorted perception of their appearance. So, I find it very hard to believe that they don't clock you. Come on, guys today can spot a boob job miles away, do you really think they won't spot a tranny?
I never expected it to ever happen to me, but I found a guy who actually loves me for whom that I am and he acknowledges that mine is a birth defect (I did not ask to have my head wired female, friends).
I am his fiancee, in fact and he is QUITE "straight", hon.
I never expected to ever find "love" ever again - and then, there it was...
great vid & tips, i look like a girl but imma boi i am not transitioning or anything but "straight" guys always hit on me, i dont tell them imma girl tho they always know imma boi lol
jun 7 lol ur totally wrong, imaHO , BELIEVE IT OR NOT , my best friend is a straight man he had loads of girl friends he is really straight, but now he is with a transsexual girl who had her operation , just coz she is more loyal and attractive than so called real girls he dated who were mostly sluts so think before u spk with ur ignorant brain , u pplz r stupid
I do not think that a man who is drawn to a Transgendered woman is a Homosexual. I tend to think they are drawn to her because of her devotion to feminiinity. I think if you are dating a TG woman for "body parts" then you might be a closet Homosexual. But if you truly appreciate her for the woman she is, then I do not think that would make you gay in the least. Nor do I think it is "play acting"
I agree with you there warriorcop1255. A true relationship is two people who are best friends and able to share everything. It should not be based upon the "body parts"!
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Play acting can be very dangerous. Any man who goes with a transsexual is not straight, they are clearly homosexual. By lying to someone about your true sex is so wrong. It could lead you into a very seriously dangerous situation.
I would have to disagree. I.m a gay man and would never be attracted to a trans-woman--not that I judge, I just like masculinity. I knew two different men who were straight that occasionally dated trans--not because they were hiding this, because they didn't hide this. But neither was interested in men, gay or straight. So, good luck, but having sex without telling him first is no way to start any kind of relationship! You must tell him first.
@jun7per you are stupid and you have your head up into your ass. A homosexual man cannot be attracted to a transsexual woman. A homosexual man is attracted to men who look like men and behave like men. But you are so stupid and limited that you don't understand this.
Hey Trannygirl15, this blog helped me very much because I've been going on this website looking for guys who would be interested in girls like me, but it seems like they're just sexual, so do you think the best way to meet a guy who can love you for you is to meet them in person? I can guess I can say love at first sight? ^_- I would really love more of your insight on these type of issues, they're very helpful, thanks! ^_-
ok honestly I want to know what some of you feel is "passible" I mean their are anatomic women who look like men. I think that the push for people to look over feminine is kind of silly because not all women are really feminine. Therefore, if you dont look like the goddess Venis or a Victorian Lady that does not mean you are not a woman
the biggest give away for a MTF Transexual is their style of dressing... They dress overly feminine and wear fake pearls and diamonds... They just try too hard to be a woman... They forget that they are already a woman... *sigh* I recommend subscribing to Vogue and acquiring the straight girl dress sense.
I would believe I was gay if I wasent attracted to a beautiful girl or beautiful trans girl such as yourself.I say this in response to you video and Im secure with my sexuality but the question I pose to you is what if you were approached by a "concious" guy who genuinely liked you and was not gay would you deny him?
I do agree with you about MOST admirers. I would not classify myself as an "admirer," but the deal is that I feel that a woman is attractive regardless of body parts. I think due to the view of the TS community, that when a "straight" guy is willing to look past the anatomical factors, "he is obviously a chaser."
you're not wrong assuming that every TS hopes to be passable, but the reality is different. Unfortunately, many if not most TS women will never be fully passable, no matter how many surgeries we have. Since you seem like a very intelligent and educated person, I really would like to hear your opinion on this. What do you think it's the best option for a TS who is not completely passable? And I agree with you that tranny chasers are not an option... since I'm uncomfortable with my penis
I'm not "completely passable", and I think the best option for me is facial feminization surgery with a good surgeon... This option is obviously quite expensive, but then so is the rest of transition, unfortunately.
hi, this is an excellent video, but you're assuming that everybody is passable and guys won't know that you're a tranny. This might apply to you that you're 100% passable, but most TS are not. I still live as an androginous guys and I've had guys in the past who flirted with me heavily and then they said they were just being nice
hi tranny im in transition for 8 months already and im happy to hear from your point of view regarding this subject coz i think we have thesame perception except that you have a girlfriend, are you attracted to women or to men?
I very much enjoyed this blog however from a guy who would love to meet and date a TS and has been looking for a very long time you have missed one thing. Being a TS you knwo what it is like to be a guy and that it isnt all that easy either. I believe I would be much more comfortable with a TS that knows this as you would be with a man who willingly accets you for who you are.
This video is a blessing, really. Thank you very much for posting it. You made my day. You were able to compress in 17 minutes, years and years of analyses, meditation and strategies. You made some really, really good points. Even some people in the TG community think are confused and confuse you even more. I hate tranny chasers. When they want my dick they say "if I was not interested in a cock, I would date a genetic woman" and I retort, "if I wanted to use my dick, I would be gay"
this was good i looked at that site it was deffinitlly a fetish site.i think this works better up north, down south, never.good strategy though.i pass pretty well and im always scared shitless when guys talk to me.even though some of them are gorgeous and i want to flirt with them soooooooo bad.I just ignore them and pretend he dosent have a six pack.
Not all, but the vast majority. Ever peeked at gay porn? Not many femmy dudes in there. If gay men were into clearly feminine bodies, they might as well be straight.
I also have to say, I've been in a gay club and gay guys never hit on me. It just never happens. Straight guys do, on the other hand ;)

Well, the fact is: if a man knows you're trans to start with, he might never allow himself to see you as the woman you are. You might have to conceal that information to force him to see beyond his own prejudice.
Ok. What I really want to know is how to get a GIRL not a guy. You apparently did it. So, you should have more incite on that one. Ive never heard a TS give advice on that one. I am desperately curious. Im a passable post-op, but, Im not really sure how to go about that one. I hope you will make a video about that. :-) thanks

Just be yourself and wait for the open minded man that will see you as a real woman with an small "handicap". So as you said, you don't have to say you're transsexual at first... To me, it's not lying or hidding.
I would NEVER go out with an "admirer". It's just sick to me.
These tips do sound like they would work and work well for a certain type of the more patient straight guys. I also agree that you are not obligated to tell someone right off that you are trans. Good and interesting video.

FFS doesn't always do that. Calpernia Adams had FFS and she doesn't pass when you see her next to a cisgender woman.
