Common sense tells me that if that were dust you would see more balls in the picture, and they would not be glowing with a blue tone like that. I have taken picture with my instant nikon camera, and I see them as they are taken only some show up with bright orbs so it is not dust. You can even see a face in this one how creepy it is. I don't think it is connected to the mall it just wanted to watch the show.

there is a ghost in the Mall of America. i used to work there. A woman was killed by her husband in the locker alcove on the West side of the Mall, first floor near DSW shoes. It is a well known fact (security knows) she still haunts that side of the Mall. Plus the Mall has had 6 sucides there, so it wouldn't surprise me.

Matrixing is basically the human tendancy to find familiar patterns in various shapes/colors/etc. In this case, possible artifacting from that portion being blown up so much could be the cause of that perception that a face is present.

I'm not saying that there isn't a ghost there, just that the human brain often sees patterns where they don't exist. And in the field of paranormal study, such images are often concluded to be the result of matrixing as opposed to anything paranormal.
