I still agree with you on that call. Of all of the scenes in the game (with the exception of the reactor, of course) this is one of the best. Why, oh why, couldn't the English actors get this right? I think that maybe they didn't listen to the Japanese version first before they acted. How embarrassing.

I know. That scene is one of my absolute favorites. The Japanese voice talent was so spot-on that I got chills ;)

I know!! After this I listened to the American and I was like "THIS IS FREAKING PATHETIC!" I prefer the Japanese voice actors over the Americans because the Americans seem to hold back. The Japanese just let go.

On the Crisis Core project, I have to agree. The Japanese Zack was flipping out in the scene about Gillian found dead. I seriously watched it so many times that my brain ached, it was so great. The English Zack (though he is incredible in many scenes, I feel) just didn't bring the emotion that session. And don't get me started on the English Angeal lol
