@MsLiberty47 ma'm, a bit of common sense should advise you that our nbi is being incompetent again. how can the records say that hubert arrived, but the nbi say he left? in the u.s.a., their records say he arrived? if you haven't followed how our nbi has been in their bit of history, they do have a propensity to be inconsistent and 'self-preserving'. a good number of them are willing to do anything to 'protect' their 'self-righteousness'. simply put, unprofessional & incompetent. sad :(
