  • Paul McCartney is AWESOME and Nirvana is AWESOME to

  • @kaylathompson97 I AGREE W/ THIS STATEMENT.

  • el mejor por siempre

  • This man puts smiles on many faces and tears to many eyes. He inspires many. He is a true hero. He inspired me to follow my passion for music.

  • It's cool that he kept the same keyboard player for all these years

  • @jonnyveliky Nirvana sucks

  • @54321nicolaskurtf is your very arrogant bias opinion. Now please respect the majority of people's opinions by at least saying that you "think" nirvana sucks. because clearly alot of people don't think so.

I'm not a huge paul mccartney fan at all, and i only really like his work inside the beatles, but his unplugged stuff is actually pretty cool :)

  • @Amiles666 ok by that logic u should have wrote "i think this goes up there with the nirvana" and no i dont have to respect the majority of people and anyway the majority of people probably don't like nirvana 17 doesnt = majority and ppl thumb up comments that already have thumbs up with out ever looking at them

  • lol its Faul Mccartney

  • ENAKSS SEKALSKI BRADER!!!

  • bueno bueno bueno, me gusta las interpretaciones en vivo

  • i noticed he messed up a bit on the lyrics Run the risk of knowing that our love may soon be gone. is what is supposed to be said but he says may not last long but o well its still freakin amazing

  • omg linda!?

  • Ham worked well in that band....

  • Brock lesnar play bass xD

  • The guy on accordion looks like Angel from Rockford Files.

  • We miss you linda!!!!

  • WOW!

  • The lyrics to this song ring soo much truth.

  • @Carbon657 It was directed to Jane Asher, who finally left him in July '68.

  • Amazing!

  • I love this version!! Its a folk version! Genius!

  • @VibrantWhite It was basically written as a folk song.

  • 1:35-1:41 he cant save it

  • Back in the day when Linda was alive and MTV attracted singers of Pauls class. Well, them days are gone !!

  • @mrstevehartman Now every scumbag in music hast the chance to record an unplugged.

  • @briagadaress Yup !!

  • se hubieran imaginado un THE BEATLES UNPLUGGED

    solo en sueños

  • It's so nice to see McCartney singing that song, because he doesn't do that very often in his current tours and also is good to see the arrangement that was kept really similar to the original recording.

  • very good THE BEATLES PABLUS DEMO Welcome write space youtube

  • Yo no sabia que Paúl había hecho un unplugged alguien sabe el nombre del DVD?

I Didn´t know that Paul did an unplugged, can anyone tell me the name of the DVD?

  • His bassist is quite the musician. I have a DVD with a few of these unplugged performances and he's amazing.

  • no one like ringo, george and john for play this song with paul:)

  • life is very short

and theres no time for fussing & fighting

I have always thought that its a crime

  • This is the BBCs Sounds of the 60s Beatles AZ song for week startg 9JAN10. It can be heard online for 1 week after 9JAN where a short history of the song is given 39 mins into the prog ENJOY

  • Even though this is mostly Paul's song, this always makes me think of John because it is so obvious who wrote the middle eight. This song is the song that made me start recognizing their lyrical patterns and I always laugh when I hear the middle eight of this song because it is so John (that's because John wrote it). Great song.

  • what do u mean by the middle eight? which bit? cos im reli curious =D thanks!

  • The middle eight = the bridge. "Life is very short and there's no time" etc etc.

  • i wouldn't call it mostly Paul's song at all, it's as close to half and half as you can get i'd say. and I wouldn't call John's part the middle eight either, since you're talking "bridge" and John's part goes throughout about half the song.

  • It goes over half the song because they use the same middle eight twice in the song. You can use the bridge more than one time. The song is still Paul's and was 85% his creation. But it doesn't really matter to me. I don't really care who wrote what or how much of what (well, I do, but only from a fan standpoint, not a snobby one). I just like to enjoy the songs.

  • the part at 1:35 is the best part its so good

  • Yeah, maybe they should have put that in the actual song. Sounds great.

  • yeah, i love this song:):)

  • You probably saved my best friendship a lot of times with this song. Thank you Paul!

  • MUSICA ANTALOGICA IM LOVE

    BEATLES

  • possibly the very first 'unplugged' show and truly unplugged...there's even a mic on the bass...way cool...I have this whole show and recently burned onto a DVD from a VHS tape

  • we can work it out paullie thats right

  • who's the blonde guy

  • Hamish Stewart, ex Average White Band.

  • is that paul newman on the bass ? lol

  • sorry, mightysax, i thought it was his money-hungry stilt-lady.ex-wife. may linda r.i.p.

  • great but god i miss john with paul/yin/yang

  • The left/right handed harmony thing was so cool!

  • that isn't his ex in the background, playing the tamborine, is it? if it is, 1 star, if not, 4 stars.

  • That's Linda. She died in 1998.

  • I believe he thought it was Paul's Pirate wife now exwife, not Linda

  • hermosa cancion- podemos solucionarlo

buen mensaje para estos dias -

  • My God There's Linda, God Rest Her Soul

  • I think McCartney was good here but I think he has gotten better since, I think vocaly he has got sharper in the past 10 years, I think in the late eighties early 90's he got lax with vocals, but rebounded in the later 90's

  • wow!

  • Unplugged and fantastic!

  • really really amazing stuff

  • Hey! This unplugged stuff is alright!
