Tip: If you want to hide your hand without pressing F1, you can change the texture of the bed (or something else maybe) to invisible and hold it. You can also re-texture  your cross hair to be invisible as well.

@bambootablepdn was using nuble to fly and pressing f1 makes you go the speed of a snail. It was a concious decision. next time i'll actually go change out the image files, but I didn't find out I could do that till after everything was filmed.
