I don't want to fight, but we do know what happened to greek culture isn't? We do know which culture send to destroy every memory of them. I know that the azthecs extinction is unknown yet. You make yourself SOUND like what you're saying is well-researched, but it's not. Your facts are all cherry-picked and incorrect. For instance, 1:24 says that Plato wrote about Atlantis. Plato wasn't describing a real place any more than his allegory of the cave describes a real cave. It was allegory.
The fact that for 9,000 years, no other Greek EVER mentions a battle between Athens and Atlantis is the most obvious clue that Plato wasn't talking about a real place or battle.

Interesting. This is somewhat dependent on a long age view of the earth's existence. A long age view depends on speculation of events that took place long before we were there to observe them. Scientific theory is to be repeatable, observable, falsifiable. This is not possible with a long age view of earth.

so it happened 4 times but it was predicted a 5th?? does that not mean the mayans found the patern in intervals between the disasters?? say 6 million years 4 million 2million 0 bc just an example not saying this is the correct interval but this is natural and it could go down to billionths of a year in intervals and does not create a sure fact since nature is dificult to predict...just an educated guess tho

Maybe they called it a serpent because a meteor falling down to earth is going to have a tail of fire following it. Plus snakes back in those times were feared much like in 3rd world countries. If you get bit there is no hospital to go to, no anti-venom etc. It makes sense(unfortunately). The only thing you can do is have a survival back pack ready to go on Dec 21st 2012. If you survive the initial collisions you will need to survive without all the comforts you are used to. Fun stuff.

oh my gooooddd, its only one year left untill the dooms day year, what are we gonna do?, oh man oh god oh man oh man oh god "spinning in circles". we are doomed. wait we will just have to wait and see. What are we going to do about a big planet/dark sun/ Reptile aliens/ earth quakes/ NWO/ gods wrath/ something something dark side. there are so many predictions on what will happen on 2012 so when not their prediction isnt happening they will be depressed and cut themself.
