  • omg .. you dont bloody hit youre shin, this makes some parts of the bone snap & everytime u get kicked in shin it will end up with bruise .. I know as i have done this before & i have broken bone in some places in my shin and every time i get kicked there it gives me a massive bruise for a long period of time ..

    TO CONDITION YOURE SHIN YOU SHOULD USE YOUR KNUCKLES
