This is made obvious by the release of the TRIPLE LP All Things Must Pass composed intirely by George while he was with the Beatles and was a much greater commercial sucess than any John OR Paul solo album
2. George NEVER wanted that sort of attention he was never comfortable with all the huge adoring crowds. He never would've wanted statues of himself or streets named after him. @FrlghtWolf There are several reasons why he is less well known than John and Paul. 1. they were the songwriters of most of the Beatle hits, NOT because he couldn't write a decent song, but because John and Paul never gave him the oppertunities to record his songs. This is made obvious by the release of the TRIPLE LP All Things Must Pass composed intirely by George while he was with the Beatles and was a much greater commercial sucess than any John OR Paul solo album
