Apartheid has been misrepresented, it was fundamentally a policy created by Afrikaner supremacists (not Boer supremacists) to subjugate every other ethnic group to varying degrees, that includes White ethnic groups such as English South Africans and Boers. It was done for economic expediency (i.e. cheap labour for the mines) and not for truly ideological reasons.
And it was, from a utilitarian POV, better all round than ANC rule anyway.

Not a single person has mentioned the murder of Mayor Mashe of Ventersdorp by Eugene TerreBlanche and his men. ETB had slaughtered a lot of people during apartheid and afterwards, so if you live by the gun, you die by it, and he died a much nicer death than many of the people he tortured, burned, raped, and slaughtered.

I am truly puzzled why no one on this page has not given any credit to the machete wielder who tore Terreblanche head to pieces. I don't know about you, but I am seriously in awe of the effort required to deliver the 50-60 blows needed just split TB's head open. I mean if you were in the machete wielders position could you do that? I think I would need serious machete training for a month just to even get close to that level. Still though, in TB's I think I would still give it my best shot.
