  • Can anyone tell me the proper name for the control that holds the notes after he releases the keys? Great vid thanks!

  • The fist tibia's sound like the tibia's on my Wurlitzer 4500 more than the others. Wurlitzer used the real Wurlitzer theater organ as a source for comparison. I Also have a Gulbransen Rialto II which has a wonderful tibia tone. Anyone know what the Gulbransen engineers used as a reference when designing this remarkable organ. It's not quite as woody sounding as the 4500. While on the subject of electronic organs, someone needs to make a nice historical/pictorial/technical book w/ all brands!

  • The Murry Harris Redwood Tibia sounds very beautiful here. It's the "Stratavarious" of wooden organ pipes. : - )

The only problem is how soft it is compared to the others. Idealy, one could be copied... but voiced louder on a higher wind pressure.

Note: The Murry Harris "Gross Flute" is the same thing as a Murry Harris Tibia. A Murry Harris Gross Flue can be used as a Tiba and will sound the same as a MH Tibia.

  • Love the first set of tibias. Were you in California recently?

  • Very Nice!
