RL is better in all situations compared to DH, especially if your pro. u want the splash damage so u can have more control with launching people, and most pros are more acostomed to the RL, why would u switch?

bunny hopping is fixed, so the extra "Speeed" you get off a second jump isn't there anymore. At least to my knowledge. Plus, it's not really necessary. Wasting 2 rockets, giving you 1 rocket for attack, and one rocket for retreat... meh

If I remember correctly you can do about 3-4 jumps without dieing

skipping actually is the most painful of all rocket jumps. you're only going to get 2-3 skips before you'll die. being overhealed to 300 helps alot as well to get to where you need to go and still have hp to fight

to a degree thats true. But the video was made to display rocket jumping skill rather than skill at the game itself. So the amount of health consumed is not realy an issue, the video suits its purpose.
