  • even further, to bore more, the great seacaptain drowned at sea film. Mrs Muir and the Ghost, starring, frankly one of the most beautiful females I have ever seen, Gene Tierney. Went to school in Switzerland from west coast US just before the war - a bluddey beautiful woman she was...

    Anyways, Mrs Muir,

  • @yippitydodah

east coast US, eveen BIG OOPS! Gene Rierney was SUPPER HOT, yes, a right hottie.

  • Been wanting someone to make a video of this, where a Seaking SAR flying well into the stormy Atlantic to save someone, to their extent of their range, even with drop fuel tanks put on, to save lives. Goldfrapp, Will Gregory and Alison, they like Wilishire and Somerset Bath, landlocked, enjoy Tenby lads. Hope someone makes a soundtrack of said type suggested clip, Lifeboats and all,

copy paste and youtube search above box,

  • makes me think if those coppers and fireman will get on a lifeboat to serve in gale force ten, the ones that didn't go along the tunnel in 7/7. Fucking London emergency pussies. Put their life on their line - ha-ha-ha-ha ha-ha-ha-ha ha-ha-ha-har. City healthy and safety city living total TOOOLS!! GROW UP AND DO YOUR DUTY AND TAKE THE RISKS YOU ARE PAID EXTRA FOR, plus cont good pension. jeez.

  • To the lads in Tenby, who WILL put their life in their hands sometime, a poem from Dylan Thomas for you. But God forbid, for obvious reasons. We are at the mercy of Mother Earth's qualms from the sea. Hope you have the boat to do the job and be safe, and have enough Westland Seaking SARs to help you - cough! i have something stuck in my throat....

There should be a SAR helicoper based every fifty miles or so all round the coast of Britain, and the same all round Ireland's coast. The sea and it's natural unstability of character needs respect. Ok, not a well developed SAR helicopter every 50 miles, 75 then? It is a sign of a civilised country, no matter about this cuts shit. Think of the Fasnett disaster years ago? We will have another one of them. no matter how much GPS we use.

  • i remember going to holidays when young in Kiln Park, and even there hearing the BOOM! was heared by everyone, when lads had to go to the lifeboat, putting their life at risk. Save Mumbles.

  • @yippitydodah

But off course, the middle of December is a different kettle of fish, but these day Milford Haven tanker accidents, and amateur sailors finding themselves in Force 10 is a thing of the past, AS IF! People are stupid, and they always will be.

  • more storm force 10, even if it goes up to 12, 10 is more erratic, for some reason, I have been told,

  • like a slippery shot off a shovel - well done lads down Tenby way. But by chroist, I know, the lauch will be fecking interesting in a force 10! Bugger my buttocks it will be.

  • cool

  • could u plz get another video it was awsome as soon he hit teh water full throttle all the way and took off awsome

  • WoW, what a lovely sound. Does anyone know what engines are in the boat.

And Hats off to the crew too, considering the weather that they go out in etc, and as volunteers too, there real heroes as far as I'm concerned.

If anyone gets the chance, could we get a launch vid in HQ from behind the boat, you know from start to finish etc.

    Thanks again.

  • The engines in the boat are Caterpillar

C18s - 1,000 HP they are 6 cylinder inline with 2 tubochargers and have a capacity of 18 litres

  • how do they get it back up there?

  • It's hauled up using the boathouse winch. That's after the slip crew have dragged the winch rope to the bottom of the slip and passed it to the boat crew.

  • thanx

  • wow,that`s nice.

  • What a sight! Fantastic
