The doc reminds me of the time back when I was a teenage boy, when I used to have the bad habit of cutting my nails too close to the cuticle, and I developed PAINFUL ingrown toenails on both big toes.
My foot fetish doc put me under, then essentially removed the nails from both big toes, as well as giving me a complimentary exam of my nads. How did I know this happened if I was unconscious? The doc's assistants were acting peculiar; I put two-and-two together. Rubb-a-dubb-DUBB.
