@nitros12 snap :S they aren't to common here but the ones we do have cost about the same as a s13 so i guess your reason is justified lol, where about are you from?
I wouldn't change my S12 for an S13 anyway - I like that it is uncommon and I can't see another one on the road here. And S13 happens to see sometimes. :) And I've put money in it, enough to buy a nice S13 already. :) And, maybe it will be strange, but I LIKE the design and appearance of S12.

And as for the prices - decent S12 cost here 3000-4000$ USD and S13 begins from 6000$ USD up to 8-9$ USD in stock without any mods. Yeap, shitty country, i know. :(

I had an 84 turbo with the digital dash. Did a bunch of backyard mechanic tuning. On a good day, when everything was working right, I could hang with an Evo X from a rollin start.
Nah, it was kinda copperish. But, yea it sat in my yard waitin on the rebuild that never happened. Some guys from around Charlotte bought it with the intention of making a track day car. So, at least its runnin around some track... Some where...
The white car, I still have, is my PS13. Havent been able to get into that car too much (at all). Kinda saving up for the downpayment for a Genesis Coupe R-Spec
Well I would say more like Its harder to find a decent S12 and parts for it than most cars. I still love the S12 and if I can one day Ill have another, CA18DET son.
But, Ive been wanting a Genesis for years, ever since I heard about the concept. Got a 3ft wide poster of one. After driving a R-Spec a few weeks ago, I got my mind set.
Oh, dont think I forgot about the old school now... I was braggin today to a co-worker about how bad my little "rice rocket" used to beat up on his precious Mustangs.
Man... I do miss that car though. There was just something about how the car felt driving. I felt more connected with the road. Much more manual feel than todays cars. The only thing that actually comes close to it is the Genesis. Part of the reason I want one so bad.
How about Honda S2000? Most people say that it is also wery pleasant to drive - you are totally connected to the car and feeling every movement you are making on it.
Ive driven a few of them and yes that is right. Its a very good car. But, its a drop top, and theyre a dime a dozen really. Also, I kinda had to cram myself into them, kinda like a Miata.
The 86 definatly handles better (from what I've heard....the weight distributions alot better)....ive only owned & driven a CA20e s12 hatch/fastback...it handled poorly....non lsd, single cam sack....got loose as in the wet tho haha. Would absolutely love to drive an FJ20ET powered RS-X though....oldschool nissan twin cam powerrrrrrr
@dlongmu It is but I really want to know the name, I really like it, it's got that mysteriousness to it. It really gets you going watching wangan when the devil pulls up next to another car and it plays.

And in where I live the price difference between S12 and S13 is like two-three times different.
