Halo has more replay value but I enjoy Gears of War more. For gears three, they need to add mapmaker and/or forge, a few levels with vehicles, and change the shotgun and movements back to Gears 1. With those improvements Gears of war would be a better game. I still like Gow more anyways

when you think about it gears is a more fast paist game then halo3 because you have no shields for one thing, another is that you only have a aiming system on your screen when holding down left trigger and firing with the right trigger and its in 3rd person there are no motion sencers or any thing that tells you someone is coming from any side that you are not looking at. so really gears of war is game were you need more skill in than halo3.

me personally i like halo better the only reason is becouse of the gow glitches and the lag and the host like if your better than the host he boots u or he gets extra bullet damage and he never lags if gears fixed those problems it would be the best games until then i still say halos a better game

Gears of War is better because with halo you just run through someone and dont get time to honur your kills in Gears the battle is intense and when you kill someone there body is splatterd all over the place and very satisfying

gow is better. gow takes more stratagey and team work you cant just run through ppl like halo, also the gore makes it fun as shit, you kill someone on halo its just another kill ur opponet drops dead and thats that, also ur getting killed from 20yrds away with a br in gears the battles are way more intense and when u make the kill you feel good because u fucked his world up. halo 3 is just a beefed up version of halo 2 nothing more, i played the beta and after that didnt even bother buying it

second, The size of the sniper reticle in gears of war, is even bigger than the halo 3 BR reticle! Also, they're heads are huge in gears of war. Third of all, Halo 3 online is much better because not everyone runs around with a shotgun or sniper.
