  • @fabregeffrard just saying multiples of 9 always sum to nine. Just a silly math trick that works. All multiples of 3 repeat a pattern on the numbers summing 3,6,9. 12,15,18. (1+2)=3,(1+5)=6,(1+8)=9. Enjoy

    0+0=0 and 0+9=9 and 1+8=9 and 2+7=9 and then 3+6=9

  • This is totally upside down. Sure the multiples of a number are the number multiplied by whole numbers, but that is the *conclusion*.

    Where is the rest of the argument that backs up the conclusion? You didn't show what multiples mean. They are called multiples of a number because they are the result of a number added by itself a certain amount of times, as in 0 times, 1 time, 2 times...The number is multiplied by whole numbers because you are adding up the whole number and not a fraction of it.
