I also like A Hand Through the Door for my New Sister. It's very comprehensive, written by a Muslimah, and the book itself is pretty like a treasure. It's very special for the new sister.
Assalamu Alaykum to the Ummah and Youtube: My Favourite books are basically teenage muslim books by an author name Randa- Abdel Fattah. i liked them and they are about the pressures of being a muslim teen in a non muslim environment. They're called:
* 'Does my head look big in this?'
* 'Ten things i Hate about me' With love your Muslim Sister xxxxxxxxxx Zara xxxxxxxx
As Salaam Alaikum..Sister JazakAllah for the share....Here are a few of my favorites. 1.Tafsir Ibn Kathir 2.Towards understanding the Quran 3.The book of the end Ibn Kathir 4.Sahih Bukhari 5.The ideal Muslimah 6.The spectacle of death 7.Upbringing of children Moosa A. Olgar 8.Fazail E Amal 9.A gift for muslim woman 10.Dont be sad I think all muslim women should have these books in her home..You dont have to go out a get them all at once..But buy 1 and read it then get the others...
asalam sis i suggest the sealed nectar. in my opinion its the best or if i can invent the word bestest bibliography of the propht pbuh. there is also don't be sad and many otherssss.these books give a true way of seeing islam. i mean in sealed nectar i can almost feel being in Uhud battle. unique experience!!!!
I HIGHLY suggest reading "The Ideal Muslimah" by Muhammad Ali Al-Hashimi! I have "You an Be the Happiest Woman in the World" sitting on my bookshelf for a while, along with a lot of other books...*sigh* I must make more time to read!
Yes! I have it as an ebook so couldn't really incorporate it within the video.
Such a great book, lots of reminders and great ways of putting things into perspective.
You can be the happiest woman in the world is amazing. It's helped me so much and on the cover it says "A Treasure Chest of Reminders" which is so true
I received a book called Islam in Focus by Hammudah Abdalati in a recent visit to a local masjid where I went to meet muslims during their fast-breaking meal. I have not read it all but what I have read is very good. It was published by American Trust Publications.
Nice one! I haven't read any of those but will keep an eye out next time I'm in the bookstore!
