Looks like they may have intended this to be in the movie. The lead Stormtrooper says, "Take over" and then as if on cue and without actually seeing it happen, he adds disgustedly, "See to him."

Real funny, the explanation of qhy this wasn't removed from the movie is show in the "attack of the clones" when Jango Fett hits his head when he enters his ship in Kamino, Lucas said that Jango couldn't see well with his helmet and that genetic defect is heredated to Stormtroopers
