Thanks for posting all your vids, man... I really hope you don't mind me posting the video reply. I've never actually done it before.
I'm in the process of going through my own race tapes and posting highlight videos of the races I have. There are about 10 or so up now on my channel, and I'm still working on my rather big cassette collection.
Keep posting the good stuff! I love the Nadeau winning at Atlanta clip, especially! :)
this was when i was new to nascar. ricky's car had been at a local supermarket about a month earlier so i had been rooting for him. nowadays i dont know who to root for, ive gone from one 88 to the next, now following jr. but anyways great vid, thanks for posting
Wow same here, I like in Wisconsin and at a local supermarket they had the half cut away car, I remember this race because Ricky burned his back real bad due to an oil problem.
That is correct, thegov1020! I started rooting for Rudd in '94, Nadeau in '98, and Franchitti this year. :) Too bad none of them are driving right now. Jamie McMurray's been my new driver since last season.

Dale Jarrett is a dumb ass... Trying to make it 3 wide going into turn 3 and then getting pissed because he got blocked. So then he decides to dump Mark into Benson... Classic Jarrett.
This was back in the good ol' days. Its nice to see all those old sponsors, cars, and drivers again. Ricky was and will remain my favorite driver forever.
Thanks a ton for this I've been waiting for it forever. I've been to every Brickyard and I was only 8 or 9 when this happened and Rudd was, is and always will be my fave driver so it was the best race by far
You are not the only one, singingkicker. Bob Jenkins is my hero! Bestwick is good, though; I didn't think so when he started out, but in today's Weber era, I miss his call terribly.
I remember this being a duel between Gordon and Jarrett until the very end, when it became an issue of fuel mileage and they both had to stop-and-go for gas.
RUDD the LEGEND : )

Dale Jarrett dominated this race, but once again, fuel mileage came into play.

@skankuser actually if I recall Ernie Irvan lead the most laps in this one.

This was my first race I ever watched NASCAR, with Ricky Rudd winning. I have been a fan of NASCAR ever since then.

Am I the only person who think they should put Bob Jenkins back in the booth?
singingkicker 4 years ago
No I wish eithier him or Allen Bestwick would replace Dr Jerry Punch, he belongs in Pit road
Ruddfan1997 4 years ago
Punch is okay, his accent relates to NASCAR. I just can't stand Bill Weber. he is the absolute worst.

nadeau1064 4 years ago
True, true. I am just glad that TNT's run is almost over. I can't stand hearing Weber's emotionless voice.
singingkicker 4 years ago
I'd sacrifice all that I have to get Jenkins and Parsons back in the booth. Damn I miss BP
THEkingjaymz 4 years ago
Bob works for the Indy Motor Speedway Radio Network covering IRL, so I don't think he'll be on TV full-time.
Thanks for these clips, Nadeau1064. Now you just need a good video-capture card for your computer!
