The real problem with the ending was while the idea IS to make sure the opponent can't get up by the count of ten you have to knock them out first so, in my opinion, this shouldn't count. It's also a pretty dirty way to win even for a No DQ match and makes Cena look like a coward. The idea in wrestling is that faces usually have some kind of honour (anti-heroes excepted) and have to fight like a man.
