It is pretty much impossible to solo because it is based on stats. The best thing for u to do is get 2 or more people to go as F/E stats. Assuming ur around S+ xp

Then the monsters will be around D or C stats making them very vulnerable and weak

P.S. I did this once and watching a dude beat the shit out of the last boss is the best therapy...
