Looks like original EFLC graphics, not ENB, and they still look good. As a modder, I'm still a big fan of the original graphics, ENB has it's place, but the original can still look natural.

@FreezeProduct Easy, if you're using Premiere, just apply low pass filter on your audio and there you go. Or you could also use audacity, its a great free software to edit your audio. As for the tutorial, i don't think i want to do it, i mean its a very simple effect.

Basically what i did is just capture one frame of the video, and then in after effects i change the image into a 3D layer, add a camera, animate the camera. And then add a halftone effect and also change the color to green slowly
