Just because the outside shell looks like a mini does not a mini make, A mini is FWD, Nimble, and runs on 4 cylinders, You could just as well have dropped a chest freezer body on the tube chassis with an engine of a different manufacturer driving the rear wheels. The title of fastest mini in the world is currently held by Bill Richards 16 valve mini when the race was held at Lydden circuit in 2009.

I also live 5 minutes from Kent Auto Developments who in the 90's also won the fastest mini event many times.

it could be anything from a 283 to a 400 chevy it's not always a 350 and all gm V8's had the distributor in the back but looking at the shape of the heads and the valve covers it is a small block chevy

GM didn't make a SBC that was 7.2L the only stock 7.2L I know of would be the mopar 440CID... The biggest factory SBC was 400CID or 6.6L.

its a 434 cubic in small block chevy and yes the biggest production sbc was a 400 ci but this isnt a production block. its completely after market using a dart little m block which allows the stroke and bore to go as high as 454

Actually the largest SBC i know to date is larger than the 427 in CID. The 434 SBC is a stroked 400 SBC. Since it doesn't show specs in description, no one knows for sure. But for sure, you can make a total of 445CID out of a 400 if it's water/oil cavities are filled pre-bore, then sleaved afterwards. The 434 is the biggest you can go and still be streetable without having cooling problems.
