Watching this video made me cry, it was so beautiful. Reading the description about your grandmother made me cry even harder. Okay, WOW. First off, I'm truly sorry about the loss of your grandma, I know it must be really hard especially having to deal with her Alzheimer's too :/ But this video was truly beautiful, you described everything so well,that if I didn't read the DB I would still understand it!
