i remember when i was a youner mom , and i saw you say that you were once an overweight house wife... and you just simply did something about it. you made vacuming a fun exercise, you ate sensibly and parked further away from the stores and made exercise where/when ever you could i have always listened because you have always inspired me. i am very glad to see that you, once again, are inspiring threw sensible healthy ideas.

Glad you're back home Susan! It's splendid too see you are doing so well and have some time for yourself! You are always so busy and I admire your spirit of doing it all at 50, as im going too turn 35 next week and I feel drained and im just a average joe! I wish I had your energy at 18 even! lol

I'm getting back on "my program" on Sunday 6/8. (I know it's not realistic to start it before then with out of town company, a party, a luau & 2 graduations between now & then.) Over the last few years, I've lost 125-130 lbs. Now it's time to lose that last 50-60.
