@FitnessFAQs do you know a good resource on the net that explains the rules to AFL. i like the game but i'd really like it if i understood the rules better.
I like to kneel down about a foot from a wall, with my back towards it, then put the top of one foot on the wall behind me, and step forward into a lunge with my other foot. Then stretch my body upright and reach up with both arms towards the ceiling while leaning back towards the wall. Hits the hip flexor really well.
@FitnessFAQs Thanks for the video mate! But what happened with the videos you were planning to uploas about your own training and dealing with elbow and shoulder injuries? Thanks anyways mate, keep it up with this great channel.
With the stretch of 0.44 you should try and grab your ankle and point your toes towards the floor. Try it and you'll feel the quads will be even more stretched. Have you managed to do the side split yet?
@FitnessFAQs Nice, looking forward to see a video in which you show one. I like the anatomy figure. I need something like that too. I'll have to check out a royalty free website I guess.
Lower back / back stretches for a bridge would be cool. I have a strong back/ lower back but they always tend to be so sore/stiff that doing a bridge almost explodes my back muscles...
Do hamstrings next
