Two Yorkville Panhandlers, One Corner. What to Do?

I was at that very corner two weeks ago, and a guy in a suit asked me for a club sandwich and the deed to my house.

So much for panhandling for pop and cigarettes.

shelters are bad nobody wants to go their its too much like a jail and believe me i been thier before if you think sshelters are good then try to go to one and see what a happends

if we could all get the help we needed from homeless shelters and government programs to re-enter society on a productive level where we are all self supporting then there would be no need to panhandle. However these shelters and other re-education programs are often already swamped. if by some chance the people that have had to panhandle can no longer get help or work in an area they will just move to another. if not there then forced crime where your tax dollars can help you more.
