This reminds me of the 90's rave scene & the good times that I had "back in the day". Funny how that sounds today refering to raves. Where have all the raves gone? What happend to "PLUR"? Partly anything get's old & needs to move on, some part of it because, like anything that is truly counterculture get's corrupted & fall's into decay. But I think most of has to do with 9/11 & the era of paranoia and fear we live in. People are not that social anymore. Hopefully people will re-discover the vibe

Well, PLUR was always the base of the acid culture and the Goa scene too and even further going back to the roots, it had been part of the hippie movement as well.

Thats why Ozora, Boom, etc. festivals are still the best ones :-)

Anyway, rave was just a kind of naive interpretation of this Philosophy imho - just remember the Celebration Generation.

The "rave scene" in the US was just a drug fueled trend. In Europe it's actually about the music... the music started there, the quality has always been much better, and it will not die anytime soon.
