its 97cc 2 stroke AH600-1618 tec. motor 5 hp I know this because i got the exact motor there super restricted you can get over 12 hp with these easy i see 50cc ones that make 12 hp double the cc if you go all out you could make like 30 hp lol not a good idea on a bike though
I and my friends used to make this kind of motorbike in the late 60's. We used pulleys with their centers cut out and holes drilled in stubs of the pulley spokes. We would bolt the pulley to the spokes using washers and .25 nuts and bolts. With a 28" tire & 17" pulley attached to a 2.5 hp Briggs....mine did 45mph. Another had a 3.5hp with 20" and an 8" pulley......45mph.
The drives were centrifugal clutches. Our motor mounts were similar to yours and either welded or bolted using angle iron.
