For those of you not from the area. That's not the only hill like that. There are some that are worse then Esmonde Street! Quebec road is weird. It starts to go uphill, flattens in the middle near the projects/ woods. Than goes up hill again at the intersection West Liberty and Quebec at a steep incline! Wyoming goes down hill from West Liberty to Queen City at a diagonal angle. I think someone was drunk when they planned some of these streets! LOL!

Actually it's Price Hill/ South Fairmount. I live in the area over around Queen City and Quebec.
