hey there, just wanted to let you know that as 'not good' as the video was in your tutorial, YOU made this process make sense to me! i have spent days searching tutorials and other postings, but you were the only one to boil this down to something that makes sense. for ANYBODY with a BENQ drive, follow this guy. he knows what he's doing.
The CK3 pro is not necessary for a benQ, but it is helpful
All a ck3 does really is power the drive, and for lite-on's it reads the data being dumped from the drive, and converts it into a data type your computer can read.

jungle flasher make my pc frezz wen its reading and nearly broke my drive but i already flashed it with ix1.6 i just wanted to upgrade it to ix1.61!

Thats called a CK3 pro (connectivity kit) thats what I use to eject the drive, and push the tray in half way.

What does it mean when the driver is in mode B? Do you need a benq to be in mode B at all times?

to flash it you need the driver in b mode, it means the driver is half way out and the light on the xbox is constantly blinking

my benq is allready flashed with 1.6l but id like to flash with lt, do i need to return it to stock or can i just flash it?
