  • Unbelievable. If he was to swear at police officers in his own country like this he would loose his teeth straight away on the street and later in the police-station he'd lose his balls . . .

  • shouldn't took that long to bring him back to the station

  • @RomanSidorov Of course those police officers were gentle - this was filmed in London, in the UK - and those police officers are BRITISH! Not only are they gentle, as you say, BUT they are also unarmed, not one of them carried a gun or any firearm. Truncheons/batons yes - carried in their trousers, and perhaps a CS spray canister, and handcuffs, but absolutely NO guns. As I say, this is LONDON, this is ENGLAND, this is the UK - not America, not the Continent or anywhere else....it's the UK!

  • If it wasn't for the British looking & reasonable & civilised police officers and the style of the buildings in the street and the left hand side driving traffic along the street I could be excused for thinking that this was being filmed in a Middle Eastern city instead of thecalital city of the UK & largest city in Western Europe, LONDON, if all the passers by were any sort of guide. I am a blond blue eyed 100% Englishman yet twice in London I have been stopped and asked if I speak English!

  • @Verderer you should ask them why what language should I speak, might be interesting the replies you get.

  • You guys have so much more patient then I.........I would have beat that prick with any object I could fine........what a dick head!!!

  • Oh dear did yet ANOTHER illegal immigrant get caught in the street after just getting here? Will his Iranian/Iraqi "sponsor" still want his £20K back when he gets home? Looks like matey here will end up slowly losing his fingers to his trip financiers followed by his genitals then head.If he is a "US Marine" I'm Bill Gates,I suppose that's on his stolen and altered US documents."I'm going back to the US tomorrow!" like fuck he was,he's probably just signed on and applied for housing benefit.

  • "hime a HU S maraine fauk huee!" LMAO

  • all i got to say is he did nothing wrong intill they arrested him then when they took him to the floor then they provocked him to a public order act witch was wrong so what he wanted was hooker but asking for one is not against the law and this is missuse of pleace time and tax payers cash and if one more person says that controling some one like this to the ground is right u are more wrong than most because u are wanting to be controled with the fasist police when it happens to u then haha

  • @DAVID198910 He verbally abused/assaulted the officer who told him to go away after the taxi driver refused to take him to hooker just before I started filming. According to friend who owned the shop where he was arrested outside.

  • @DAVID198910 Err...soliciting a prostitute IS illegal in the UK...

The so called "US marine" wasnt provoked into committing further offences... he is just another rather oily tick who was lucky enough to be dealt with by professionals...

  • @DAVID198910 You were there? No, so shut the fuck up.

  • What a bunch of fucking poorly trained idiots. Watch some episodes of COPS and learn how to make an arrest properly

  • @TheBossMalaka They're the best trained police force in the world.

And don't try bringing up situations you've been fed on your news, because its all about legal powers and politics. US cops are not comparable to UK cops. Armed countries to unarmed shouldn't be compared

The guy was claiming he was a foreign military personnel while hundreds of people were watching & filming

A few blocks away and they would have slung him in the back of a car with copper holding his head down, no messing about

  • @Zero7evenX hmmmm I guess thats why the UK is always sending officers to America to be trained and also having American officers coming to the UK to train and advise you incompetent so called constables.

  • @TheBossMalaka Show me the source of your information.

"US police always coming to the UK to train" Never heard of such a thing, Cameron speaking to Bratton was a dumb political move that raised anger throughout the country. It had nothing to do with our police. It was just part of his political games.

Met Chiefs soon put Bratton in his place.

Police sometimes exchange with other countries all around the world for experience and observation.

  • I sure wouldn't want him even going with the hookers in the UK. He's too crazed even for them.

  • wow those police are so gentle

  • Hes a DON

  • why couldnt they get a t ransport vehicle to take the suspect to the station?

shouldnt take that long. lol that guy would of been sprayed and who knows what else would happen to him had he acted to cops here :)

  • @ThePope07 watch part 2 till the end for your answer.

  • @montgomeryrichard i have seen part 2. that is ridiculous! what england needs American cops with American cop cars :)

  • @ThePope07 No, what england needs is a new Law Enforcement not your cops and cars!

  • @Shyamalika lol yall do need American cops and our vehicles... yalls look ridiculous.

well better yet yall can use some Texas cops :)

cos i bet yall wont act up the way yall do over there vs being here

  • @Shyamalika that i would back u a 100 percent on but ones that dont have targets to meet and harras good working tax payers that pay there wages and for them to do proper police work dont take 6 guys for one person one guy and a knock out dart if they have broken the law that is

  • why couldnt they get a t ransport vehicle to take the suspect to the station?

    shouldnt take that long.

  • OPAN THA FUKIN ANDCUFFS IM A MARINE...HAHAHAHAH LOL

  • Is he on drugs or something?

  • The quality of street theatre's gone right down.

  • They should've shocked (taser'd) him and then he'd calm down.

  • he needs help bad

  • @met12345100 He was drunk or on drugs taser may have killed him in that condition. could not hurt any body with cuffs on.

  • many police for nothing

  • @leley121 to stop him from hurting himself or others in a way that he would not get hurt in front of many people as they say by the book & no complaints. That is why they let me film to show every thing done correctly.

  • @montgomeryrichard ... they 'LET' you film actually because, its none of their business what you film in public ... there's nothing they can do to stop you filming in public

  • i fanto faka hookir.. sofat??? sofaaat? u kaunt arest me i faku aap

  • If he wanted to pretend to be someone else, he should have chosen a nationality he was better at faking.

  • asking a taxi driver where he can find a hooker is not against the law lol, most taxi drivers pick up hookers all the time an exchange a ride for sexual favours. Also most police offiers are PERVERTS who have large porn collections - mainly porn that was made illigal however as there "police officers" its ok for them. The police simply did not want to do as they were told "unlock the handcuffs" as they were on a power trip.

  • why have they kept him on the ground for such a long time? and they crowding him that can be very distressing,

  • @hyper10shun Because he was struggling & shouting to prevent him hurting himself or others. any distress to himself was of his own making. If he had been quite & not resisted they probably would have let him go.

  • @hyper10shun taser the twat for a laugh...

  • you cant arrest someone just he looks like an iranian or talk like that... common.. he just asked for some.. woman!

  • i'm embarrassed for americans. he thinks being american means the police will bend the laws for him or else. like it's a diplomatic crisis. call the american president, he'll declare war on britain for arresting this loud psycho drama queen. someone from american embassy should come and slap this guy for embarrassing americans. i don't recognize his accent. i don't know what state he's from. but the american police would have shot him by now.

  • If you have nothing better to do why not list every swearword & how many times he says it.Then other people can dissagree with you & I can remove the lot(grin)

  • he said Fuck you to the police

and he said fuck you assholes and he said you fucking assholes

  • he said Fuck you to the police

  • Welcome to England.

  • Don´t let these bastards out from jail!

  • I lived v.nr here as a student in '98. When leaving a quiet pub 400m from this exact spot (with 3 guys I later joined the Army with) we found ourselves in the middle of a knife fight betw 8 guys who looked & sounded just like him. Pimps we guessed. We went back inside the pub (noses against the windows) but jumped back out to assist when only 4 officers arrived! In '08 2 squads for 1 man? A touch much?

Queensway was always FULL of male & female transient filth like him. Just deport them!

  • officer hes asking yous to tighten the cuffs

  • they should have filled his mouth with pepper spray and then sent him back to what ever country he came from...

  • live free and die free! Everyone should film all police interactions, too many british police officers are abusing their powers. dont know why this person has been arrested so no comment, does look very harsh

  • @sydmaz Eat shit Cops in the UK are too fucken soft on idiots

  • You are do you think you are???? WTF!! I'm somebody with a better command of the english language than you!!

  • he was saying it was not illegal to f*"k a hooker.

  • I have so much respect for British Law Enforcement. This is the way to do law enforcement. Their 'S.W.A.T. team' is top notch too. They consistantly win in internationally competitions with law enforcement from countries around the world. They are a truly great example of law enforcement.

  • No knee on his head or neck. No taser. Nice! Very professional. Totally in control, no fear, no abuse, no excessive force, no over reacting. Just tough and courageous professional police work. That's good stuff right there.

  • NO TASERS for law enforcement. Only officers with advanced training and experience should be allowed to carry firearms. This will force law enforcement to develope their communication skills and their interactions with the public. It will stop them from working from an ego and power hungry position. They will have to work on a much different level if they do not have tasers and immediate access to firearms. They would be less bullying and it would also help their public image.

  • I swear before the Human Right Act came into place, someone like that going total crazy would have been tazered, sprayed or hit with the baton to shut them up.

Certainly the USA and other countries wouldn't be so patent....

  • I'm a serving Prison Officer of Rank, i cordinate Use of Force within my establishment and that includes evidence gathering, the filming of this i found to be a little intrusive. I understand the benefits of filming such incidents, i also understand how difficult in can be as an officer using correct Control and Restraint Techniques under the scrutiny of someone sticking a camera in your face. I feel the camera operator should have dressed back a little and gained a better overall view.

  • @mark4muscles

Moving back was not possible under the circumstances I did discuss this with an officer during the filming (part cut 1-2min due to personal details given) part was filmed from private property doorway of shop with owners permission. The police handled the situation very well & correctly under the circumstances.most other countrys would have thrown him in the back of van in 2 mins.A full uncut raw dvd was offered to police if they requierd it.

  • @mark4muscles Mark, you might be a double hard screw, but would you arrest Arnie? These coppers are brave for doing that..he will be back :))))

  • @mark4muscles "YOU" COORDINATE USE OF FORCE" YOU ARE DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?

  • @mark4muscles

I am staggered by your view that the filming of this event was 'intrusive' that seems very defensive and might reflect an attitude of 'we are concerned about being filmed doing something wrong' - if you are doing your job in accordance with the law... how is filming 'intrusive. VERY WORRYING VIEW

  • @wiseuporbedead Im gonna go against the grain and make an assumption here, ur not involved in any form of law enforcement nor any dealings with offenders in a custodial setting? Am i right? I say this as your channel suggests ur more of a politician type! I have both filmed use of force and been involved in use of force, i have written protocols and policies on both subjects, dont get too worried on my point of view, i merely suggest 2 close and ur in the way, its beta 2 get the bigger picture.

  • @mark4muscles Methinks thou dost protest too much! I will take you at your word for your stated profession, the statement " . . . I found to be a little intrusive." is what I find just a tad too credulous! I believe your particular beef is that the camera work was done by a civilian and not a Member of The Police Service. You in The UK don't like being scrutinized by civilians. There was absolutely ZERO excuse for leaving the flag laying on the ground as long as they did either.

  • @BunkerGearGal It may be the case in Canada that your officers routinely carry filming equipment and film everything they do, but in England this isn't the case, this was not a planned intervention it was a spontaneous incident and as such the opportunity to film it was not there. No objection to civvies filming, but if u do then stay out of the way!

  • @mark4muscles No comment on the flag I see? OK. As to "no objection to civvies filming," really? Didn't they make filming the police a crime in The UK? Section 76 of the Counter Terrorism Act sound familiar Officer? Laughable coming from the most surveiled place on Earth. The police don't need to carry filming equipment there, there's camera all over the place! I still posit that in your instance, it's a civvie filming (not obtrusively either, as you characterize it) that offends you.

  • @BunkerGearGal Cant get too excited about the flag to be honest, they're searching him and as with other items found it ends up on the floor, dont think finding a flag pole was top of the agenda! And its not Officer its Governor, i left uniform 2 years ago. It would appear Section 76 isn't being enforced as common sense, it wud appear, prevails, dont think it was the taliban filming this episode. And i am not offended i am making an observation, an overall view provides better evidence.

  • Marines don't have beards, do have haircuts, and tend to behave somewhat differently.

As for the flag he was carrying, I suspect it was for burning and not love of country.

  • 4:23 XD

  • i bet hes not even been to america he can barly speak English

  • he bought the flag from a 2 dime souvenir store

  • hard time understanding him!

  • After the Police cuts due in the UK they will only have 23 Police Officers available to arrest him instead of 26.

  • How many fucking cops does it take to arrest one man?

  • @AWDracer i agree - but the Brits don't carry firearms like they in the usa- evan they go over broad -trying to detained someone 5 on 1 -(realy)

  • @SuperJumpback I don't know but this was a ridiculous amount of cops even if this guy was a problem.

  • @AWDracer A fair few are special constables. They don't get paid to be there. The guy in the foreground is a special sergeant, again he is unpaid. You can tell by the bar below his shoulder number, that he has a 4 digit shoulder number starting with 5 and an SC and crown emblem above his shoulder number and OCU code.

  • @AWDracer Its safer to have too many rather than too few for a restraint. It helps eliminate the need for cs/baton strikes. Its very hard for me alone to sit on top of him, stop him from kicking me, twisting his handcuffs and bash his head against the floor.

  • I agree that too many is better than too few - it's good practice.

But how many cops were there? 7? Waste of public funds.

  • @AWDracer

Waste of public funds? And how exactly? The officers would get payed also if they were at patrol or in the police station.

  • Try this little stunt in ur own country u Iranian twat and see how much patience ur fuck pigs put up with !!

  • All those cops just to arrest one man... in my day (before the "excessive force laws") they'd just tackle you to the floor and sit of you. Then cuff you and drag you to the nik.

  • @alex471996 ah yes did you watch the video?

  • @kwvaussie

Yes.... and I see your point but in my day that arrest would have been made by 3 bobbies.

  • @alex471996 thanks for seeing my point, but in your days was how long ago?

  • @kwvaussie

Well can't say exactly, with all the internet stuff that goes on... But in the 70-80s it was more of a case of a few cops made the arrest possibly a car cam to take them to the nick but often you were just marched off. But then again you didn't get some of the crime you do these days where I lived so... IDK but it is certainly a bit much.

  • It took nearly 20 minutes and a dozen officers to arrest one man? I've seen quicker..

  • The police should have slammed his head down on the concrete each time he said the 'F' ford.

  • loopk there is about 50 police fucking chickens aressted him on u own

  • Comment removed

  • lmfaoooooooo dat guy is fukin jokes mayn....OOOOOOOPEN DA ANCUFFS! IM GOIN 2 CALL DA US EMBASY! LMFAOOOOOOOOOO.

  • you do know that the law regarding private property in the uk is only if you own said property so the cop had every right to move you on.

  • @lewisb187 Unless you have the direct permission of the landowner or his agent (leaseholder or tenant) who is present and gives it to you in front of the police.

  • LOL, in some other countries, the police won't even attempt to hold back after the first 'fuck you". daft prick.

  • Comment removed

  • Oh yeah I forgot US marines were above the law

  • Would this idiot like to try this kind of shit in Washington D.C.???

  • OMG He's a U.S Marine, and not a terrorist, geez let him go at once.

  • @happymana U.S marine or not. he isn't above the law. And did you ever think that he could be....oh i don't know....LYING?! Wake up.

  • @strlder Read my Post, I was being Sarcastic.

  • @happymana Hard to tell sometimes.

  • mr taxi man find me some hookers

  • Asking a cabbie to find hookers--A-rab or from whateverfrigginstan, not a USMC bloke. I bet the gobby cunt wouldn't try this stunt at home. Tosser.

  • He sounds like a terrorist from Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare !

  • Lame insane cops.

  • They're saving those purple latex gloves for when he's in a cell. They're gonna "f#ck you!"

  • 5.40 someone says "Take the badge numbers" what for, after breaking at least 3 public order acts and abuse to Police, resisting arrest, abusive language in a public place, Take the badge numbers oh cumon these guys have the patience of a saint, mine would have lasted 30 seconds.

  • @Macinabit I agree, these police officers are much more patient than American police are at all. some Amercan police are patient but I haven't run into a police officer here in California who has the patience of these officers yet.

  • @ragsmel In Spain you don't mess with them, well you can try for about a minute and then your looking downwards at the tarmac and on some road controls they have machine guns and stingers which they throw under your tyre if you don't stop, having said that they always salute you and are always very polite and courteous you just treat them the same and your good to go.

  • @Macinabit The area will be crawling with CCTV given where it is (Westminster you can tell by the officer shoulder numbers) and will show what you've said. Some people are obsessed and think the police must be doing something wrong at all times.

  • @F1X0R121 Hi, we don't have many CCTV cameras here, only on the autoroutes but in the city there are not many and the Police deal with the problem much more easier without cameras !!. Best.

  • @Macinabit Its considered a very useful evidential thing here. Especially since every complaint against the police is taken super seriously even from a drunk disorderly guy like this. So its a case of "He kicked me" if neither can prove it did or did not happen the officer could still get a telling off (stupid I know) so the cameras stop that sort of thing, because its "He kicked me" "Would you like to point out where on the camera footage please" "errrrrmm"

  • @F1X0R121 Hmm yes that does help out in that situation. It does seem as though the poor old copper in the UK does have to put up with a lot though and then if he puts a finger out of place he gets a second lot from his inspector when he gets back to go off duty. can't win situation!!

  • @Macinabit It can be a bit like that. Inspectors are keen to back them up though. Getting a telling off from the inspector if "locally resolved" isn't too bad, how ever when the complaints commission get involved (ie if the person lodges a complaint with them) that PC then has a massive headache.

  • 9 minutes 40 seconds assistance arrives, wow these guys need help

  • Sounds like Arnie Schwarzenegger

  • @mick818522 His language is atrocious! Reminds me of Dame Judi Dench in the 007 movies, throwing her weight around and using swear words to make herself look assertive and important. Have you ever noticed that every time Judi Dench makes a film she receives lots of awards and nominations? To me she's just a boring old woman.

  • @randomdave30 Dont you mean boring old fart?

  • @mick818522 Yeah

  • There's no way in hell he is an American Marine.

  • On the way to the cop house just chuck this piece of shit in a rubbish bin somewhere.

  • his sound iranian the cunt lol

  • just remind me london

    i just love this place!

  • Opan De Handcufs!

  • Isn't anyone of you idiots here aware that this man is fucking crazy and NOT an "activist"?

I support the Police here as they did their job nicely. Maybe you children want a clown to arrest him but this is real life.

  • Well...at least he knew to never put the flag on the floor...

  • Somebody should forward this to Parris Island South Carolina Marine Recruit Depot....you know....they need a laugh now and then too....hehe

  • Im more American than he is, and im in the UK! lol

  • he's austrian

  • sounds just like Schwarzenegger...

  • OPEN DE HANDCUFFFSS!!!!!!!

  • "I've done nothing illegal ! ! ! ! "

Ohhh, OK. Our mistake. Bring out the whores. Everything is fine.

This would have been much more fun if the police had used a tazer. Turns idiots into pussycats.

  • what this poor guy didnt realise, is that if he'd have squawked just ONE more time to "oh pen de 'ancofs' hed have convinced the officers to do so, lol. knobber

  • what's the odds he got a fucking good kicking back at the nick British justice dont you just love it....

  • book 'em Danno!

  • This guy is no American probably from the Middle East somewhere. scumbag piece of shit.

  • And whats your definition of American? A redneck?

  • i watch it from across street..

  • Remember that one kids: "freelance press" he says, when asked who he is by coppers. Then he can just carry on recording.

  • Technically he can continue recording without being any kind of press. If youre standing on pulic ground in the UK, you are free to take photo or video. But police are bad for ignoring this right.

  • @fightingtemeraire not always, there are certain restrictions, such as excessively filming parliament or other secure buildings and major transport links (airports etc)

  • oh pen the handcoffs

  • lol i was looking for my queensway school then came to this

  • Should have kicked his bollocks in right there and then. Fucking scumbag cunt.

  • i agree , you put that perfectly!

  • All that for a plastic American flag? I bet he's glad.

  • Oh pen de handcoffs!

  • LOLOL HAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAAHHAHAH nice 1

  • Put in police van all way to Heathrow airport.

  • man the best thing to do when stopped by police is to say as little as possible, the best line being "am i arrested or can i free to go?", i dont think it would have gotten this far if the guy didnt trashtalk the police

  • deport this piece of shit...

  • All this to arrest one man?!?

    LOL!

Do you call this a police force!!???

  • I think you'll find it's because there was a crowd of about 100+ gathering.

Use your fuckin' common sense if you have any.

  • LOL!

I've never seen anything like it in my whole life! Such a crap police force that take this long to make an arrest! Who cares about the people around?!

In my country a single officer deals with situations a lot worse than this one! And just last week a single officer arrested 10 thugs all by himself in less than 2 minutes!

GET OVER IT "MATE" The world is not this playgorund!

  • "And just last week a single officer arrested 10 thugs all by himself in less than 2 minutes!"

    Where do you live? fantasyland?

Over here most people hate the police and they're often attacked. They have no gun and have no respect from anyone.

  • No I live in Brazil! A country of authority where we have the worst criminals in the world and no time for foolishness! Here the police got respect and they treat criminals the way the deserve! And the thugs piss themselves when the police arrive!

Very different from UK where they ask the police to fuck off! And the police call them "Sir"

  • they must be grossly undr staffed

  • Asshole Guy! you should bring along that US flag with you back to USA

  • "open the f****** handcufs..."

oh ok sir my mistake off you go please forgive me sir. tada

  • Always a favourite just like, "You have the wrong man, I have done nothing wrong. LET ME F***ING GO" as you arrive at Custody.......

"Terribly sorry sir. You're right and I'm wrong even though I watched you bottle that gentleman. Please wait whilst I open the doors, take the cuffs off and let you walk free"!!!

Good work film maker for covering the officers and for understanding there reasons for questioning your motives-its clear you see that not everybody is out to do the right thing

  • The arresting officer is a special constable - it means that he and his collagues too have given up their free time to do this for no pay!

  • Thats my sister

  • that crowd's got to be comprised of mostly tourists, because i'd like to think real londoners would just kind of glance all "meh" and carry on. it IS queensway, after all.

  • whats with the crowd its not that exiting fucks sake lol

  • This guy is not an american, just listen to his accent.
