PES- modes (ML beats CM, and BAL beats CM) -stadium graphics (although the old trafford camera is the wrong side on pes, or the shadow is) -players attempt to do unique goals (bycikle kicks diving headers more often)

FIFA- Gameplay -harder 2 do skills so its not noobish like pes -you actually shoot where you want unlike pes where the game aims for you  tackling is better, free kicks is better, animations are better
