@Lrdvltr okay i am an amateur fighter,...and at a show in new jersey in october, one of my training partners, fought one of phil nurses guys. but i happened to be in the same locker room as nurse and the guy fighting, so i was watching their every move, to see what they were doing, and then go report to my friend with any info, they had 4 people oiling down their guy, for about a solid 40 minutes. the guy was shimmering from head to toe lol. and im not exagerating when i say 4 people oiling him.

Our genes change as we age, both from external factors and genetic factors. Best feeding a baby is usually a good idea. More importantly is the fact that the estrogen in cow's milk is not the same as human estrogen. There's a long list of harmful effect of dairy. I haven't even mentioned the other crap in milk like nitrates.

I don't know about Austria but milk is milk. This stuff is detrimental to our health, despite popular perception. Not only does the stuff increase risk of cancer and a bunch of other problems but it can affect development and physically shape a person, and yes it harms athletic ability.
