i used 'levels' (to darken or lighten the colours)

i used 'border'(to create the little black line around it)

i used 'linear blur'(to make it blur in and out, you will notice it's only blurred when it moves in or out, so that you can still see what picture it is when it's in the center, had to keyframe this a little)

i used event pan/crop(to make the scene move in and out, had to keyframe it so it would stop in the right place and to go fast/slow enough at other points)
