  • uh.. do you even have a six pack? like not tryin to shred or nothin but ive seen u in this and ur older ones and i didnt see any abs through ur underarmer, no abs are buldging and yeah it hurts but i dont see very many results.

  • lol dude your form is wrong on every single workout u just showed.. and if it hurts, that doesnt always mean its working. it depends. you can be doing it wrong like u are and that is why its hurting. quit doing workout vids.. stick to the other ones u do lol

  • This is a joke, most of the exercises there are from the workout program P90X LOL and if you want better results, you dont go by reps but you do as many as you can per minute and if you have fat on your stomach you wont see the abs unless you get rid of it by doing cardio to lose it

  • @HappyFrownHD every other day, do cardio on the in between days. i do monday abs- tuesday run- wednesday abs- thursday bicycling, etc..

  • 10 minute work out 7 minute video, this man can bend time and space, and thanks for the video I already have a nice 6 pack I just needed to learn how to get v-cuts and this really helped keep it up

  • Very sorry to say this, but exercise number 3 is executed "less effective" As Rob Riches would say.. Look up the vid for Rob Riches for the correct lower abs exercise.

    Further this routine is pretty damn awesome!!!

  • Hey if you do this every other day and do 30 reps of each one how long do you think i will get a 6 pack? ive been doing this every other day for a week and seen big improvement. I also have weight traning and basketball and martial arts so it might be quicker ?

  • @SirAxelicious 1, then straight to the other. Just increase the number of reps. If you normally to 25 each, do 30. and so on.

  • @callmetroy Great question. Get a shake thats low on calories like ons 100% protein. Most protein shake have a lot of calories which will cause fat to buil ontop of your abs. But Protein is a must.

  • @MrSenk01 Six pack abs are not achieved through ab exercises, it appeards when you have a low body fat percentage which is mainly achieved through a proper diet. Abdominals are a small muscle group and dont promote much calorie burning. focus on diet if you want a sick pack, not doing sit ups. Thats why he said "if you eat right"
