When I was ten years old,I joined a program for ping pong and so after I had seen myself getting much better and eventually to the point where I had beaten all the trainers there but I got really bored and no one wanted to play with me or even give me a challenge so I stopped.I wonder if I'm still good.

@Shiga2714 It is more for show than anything. It looks quite different and that gets attention. If the ball bounced very high you might use it in a match but generally there is no need. You are better off getting into a good balanced position and making your smash. You can watch our video of how to do the smash on our website.
