I am a Stylist and @ParisianNailsSpa you are correct Sew-in's are not bad for the hair at all as long as they are put in and cared for correctly. Also this system does not work well at all on natural hair (i saw some one try to use at a salon) looked like a hot mess.

Girls..and sew ins do't ruin your scalp, I'm not a dress...no sew-ins for me..healthier alternative is awesome..thank for this educated information...half the folks use synthetic hair in sew ins.. and they dont' wash their hair and they slap their head which is so ghetto cause it itches. the tape comes off easy you guys..I saw it in action...it's not lumpy bumpy..nice natural...good job..we all need something new..
